Two affordable exercises in our busy schedule

Sound health is a necessary ingredient to success and happiness. Below are two exercises that I find nicely fitting our super busy lifestyle.

1. Plank: Hold the following plank position for 1 min. Do 3 repetitions. The is awesome for abs and whole body muscle toning.

2. Move your butt (literally). Stand in front of a mirror. Move your butt side to side rapidly while trying to keep upper body and legs fixed. Do 3 repetitions of 2 mins each. This is one of the fabulous aerobics.
